    Team Burkhart demanded the ******************************* Quality pay a $601.92 contract close out fee to end our services despite having no evidence of any contract. We paid this. They also demanded an additional $400 for hours of services which we did not pay just to return our domain to us. They have not returned our domain to us despite many email exhchanges and unreturned emails and calls. They are holding our web domain hostage when it takes less than 15 minutes to transfer it back to us. Furthermore they stated they would refund us the $85.99 monthly amount charged to us after cancellation however they never did. We want our ******** domain and the entire $687.91 refunded.
