    Received an HVAC system from this company that came with a warranty.

    Have been having issues and now it does not work at all. Stephen M******* has come out multiple times trying to fix the issues. He charged us multiple times when he came out. This last time he stated we needed a part that was under warranty so we went to the store to get the part. You have to pay for it and they will send you a reimbursement. Since it was purchased under the business they would not give us the part. We called him. He told us to meet him, give him cash and he would go get it. I informed him I was not comfortable giving him cash for the part because we have been giving him cash through Cashapp and it still doesn't work. Also, the refund is going directly to him so I ask him or the company. After going back and forth he agreed to get it and try to fix the HVAC again.

    We never heard back from him, called several times, and no answer. I called from another number he answered and said he was on his way to get the part and coming over right after. Now he isn't returning the calls again. We are out over $3000 and we still have to have someone come in and fix the unit. Plus we have to pay for new parts because the warranty is under the business.
