    I left a bag that included prescription medication, toiletries, snacks, and a jacket in my room on June 29. When I called upon check out, they assured me it would be shipped the next day. They told me the same thing on June 30-July 5 (with the exception of July 4th since it was a holiday). When I finally called on Friday to complain that this was still not shipped and I had been lied to every day for a week, they assured me it would be shipped that day and offered me 50 dollar reimbursement on my stay for this fiasco. At this point I had spend well over 3 hours on the phone over the week trying to get my stuff shipped to me. On Monday July 8th, I called the manager to ask how I would be reimbursed and he said "It sounds like whoever told you that needs your venmo because we're not paying that." I left a similar review on google reviews where the owner responded and lied about not shipping me medication and lied as well about our conversation we had earlier that day. Overall was a dehumanizing experience and they spoke very aggressively to me I assume because I called each day to see if they were following through on their promises.
