  This company reached out to my district and sent a digital image of the prodct that they said they could provide. When I contacted the sales rep he again sent the digital image of the product and we did a pre-sale. I sent the finalized order to the sales rep and heard nothing back for a week till i emailed him demanding confirmation of the order. He sent me an order confirmation with a bill that included a $40 credit card fee. PO was sent and the socks were to arrive before Christmas. The week we are leaving for christmas break I had gotten no shipping confirmation and I called customer service which was a man in Ohio working "remotely". This rep assured me that it was shipped from Ft. Payne but could provide no tracking number. The day before we left for break the office called and said the socks had arrived. When I went to get them I found a box full of socks that were for ******** High School. I then found a box containing our socks. I had my students distribute them and not an hour later my secretary called and said the socks were not printed correctly. It was to say ******* Run down the back, instead it says "********". That is not our mascot so the socks are just totally wrong. The quality of the eagle printed on the front is terrible and when I sent them pictures of it they said my leg was stretching the sock out too far. They have barely responded to emails and they never answer the phone. When I left a voice mail demanding a refund (becuase the kids and their parents want their $15 back) the President of sales writes to me telling me to not be aggressive and their policy is to rerun the socks. We really just want our money back and be done with the whole situation. The worst part of it is that they send the promotional materials to use with the design and could not deliver what was promised and also not put the proper words on the back.

  Hello, Sports world or any major corporation that perhaps shop for products and services over the Internet. Warning! HYPE SOCKS ************ is a must stay away! Hands down. ************ totally promised to deliver a major order compiled of multiple small orders of socks three different sizes for a really large football event that ******** boys and girls from the age 5-14yes old and special-needs Junior athletes. Unfortunate all four teams Advance to the championship and because of Hype Socks they did not deliver as promised they would. So now parents are totally ****** off because the kids were so excited about heavy logo socks to match uniforms for the championship game. But was totally let down and had to play with no socks.I Spoke with sale agents ************************* the *** Of this company multiple times about this concern ************** to deliver order on time before I placed order that was two months in advance. So in a nutshell the socks came two weeks after the tournament was over all adult sizes for the 5 yr olds and small socks for the **** This was a total disaster dealing with this company the owner quoted keep the socks because they messed up but then later started sending threatening letters from his attorney to return socks. All socks was returned and we have continue to share with them their business is not needed in our program but they continue to send soliciting letters phone calls all type of the night to buy socks from them after telling them we do not want to do business with this company at all. With all due respect please BBB please intervene on our behalf that these folks will stop calling and sending emails after expressing we do not want your service.
