  The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the governments allegations, which have not yet been proven.

  On Jan. 29, 2024, the Ohio Attorney General’s Office filed a civil lawsuit in Franklin County Common Pleas court against defendants Curtis Lee Marcum Jr., individually and doing business as Supreme Home Renovation, LLC offering home improvement goods and services with a last known place business address 3057 B East 5th Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43219. 
  
  Charges filed allege the defendants:

  - accepted money from some consumers and failed to deliver contracted for goods and services, and failed to provide refunds to those consumers
  
  - in some instances, provided shoddy and substandard home improvement services to consumers and then failed to correct such services
  
  The state is asking that the court to order the defendants to pay damages to all consumers injured and civil penalties, and to issue an injunction prohibiting defendants from engaging in business as a supplier in any consumer transactions in Ohio until such time as defendants have satisfied all monetary obligations ordered by any Ohio court in connection with a consumer transaction.
