    We had agreed with Leo that he would complete work around our house for a total of $25,600. Payments were split into 3. First to be paid before shiplap, second before trim, and third once all completed. After second payment was made Leo did minimal work and came to us today 1.26.2024 and said he will not be completing any more work. We have paid him 2/3 of the work but 2/3 has not been completed. Below is a list of what is left to do. At this time we are seeking to get $6,000 back and ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. 1. Complete all trim and door casing 2. Complete stair cap 3. Build hood vent 4. Build support for floating sink 5. Drywall touch up 6. Put back fireplace mantel and top 7. Material to complete all work above
