    I just spent 1 hour dealing with the return of expired food. I purchased 2 boxes of fruit pies on August 25th. Immediately opening the product it was apparent they were bad. I attempted to return the item, the first asst **** told me without the receipt I couldn't. Which I know is not your policy, because I did look it up before coming to the store. She called the **** as I was only privy to one side of the call, it appears that what she was telling her, is that I had to get the same thing.She literally walked away leaving me standing with the expired products. I went to get the same products, when noticed they all were expired. See the photos attached. Then in walks another asst **** She came in with a doorag on her head and called the Mgr on the phone, this time telling me that I could exchange for the cost with tax I believe was $6.30.Fine, no problem, I selected 2 cases of ***** and stated that I would pay the difference. You see the coke and ***** products are 2 for *****. However it didn't ring up such, even after seeing the sign herself in front of the *****, she said it's only coke. I knew that not to be the case, but she even asked people in line "what does that say?". Of course they said 2 for *****. To what she stated that's only coke. The whole while she's on the phone with the manager. I can't hear her conversation but she was actually telling the manager the difference was the taxes. Really, that's basic elementary school math. I have the expired products, photos of the expired products still on the shelf, the advertisement for the *****. I actually took photos and video of the whole pop aisle. Just for my self. I know the reputation the store has, but sometimes you need the prices. I can't tell you who to hire or employ, yet when an employee comes in with a doorag on, it speaks volumes to the service you'll receive. Most sincerely, ***********************************

    Purchased an inflatable twin air mattress on August 16,2024 from local ****** ******. Upon blowing up the mattress it didn’t stay inflated for longer than an hour. I tried to return the mattress at ****** ****** on August 21st and they informed me to return via a phone number. I had no response from the phone number. I reached out to them via email 9/3 and customer service responded that it MUST be within the 15 day window to open any claim on this item. Basically this company in my eyes scammed me out of the 25$ plus tax that this air mattress cost in my opinion. It’s been now 18 days since so their return policy on their flawed product is questionable. The rest of the policy states that upon sending the item back they would have to run tests to see if they could send me back a new product. Fact of the matter is at this point I no longer seek a new product due to the foul taste in my mouth of this encounter over something as simple as an air mattress for a guest to use during their stay in my house. An air mattress that could not even hold air for an hour after filling. I was hoping to purchase a product that would last at least a decent amount of time, but it didn’t even hold air for an hour. Garbage product. Garbage company. Garbage practices. Attached is the original receipt and the receipt of when I tried to return it at ****** ****** and the number they told me I had to call “*** *** ****”

    We are not ****** ****** and only manufacture the airbeds for ****** ******. ****** ****** has a policy set up with us that we have to follow and was given to the customer via email when they contacted us. Customer is outside the 15 day policy to file a claim for a new airbed for any manufacturing defects. We are not able to proceed with the claim for a replacement airbed since customer is outside the 15 day window.

    I am rejecting this response because: simply put your product is not a quality product out of the box. Regardless if your policy is 15 days or 30 days you should as a proper business back your own product and fix issues that are the fault of your company and not the customer who is paying you in good faith. I was literally 3 days late and you don’t answer phone calls as well so in my eyes poor business practice. Something as simple as “hey send it back to us and we will send you a working HOLDING AIR non defective product” would have sufficed, but stating we are past 15 days is moot. We were 3 days past not like months went by. Stand by the integrity of your product.

    As previously mentioned we are not ****** ****** and we are only a manufacture. ****** ****** has this policy in place for their bedding goods items due to sanitary reasons. 

    You did not attempt to contact us within the 15 day window so we are unable to assist with filing a claim for your airbed replacement if is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

    On July 5th 2023 my husband and I bought a twin air mattress from ****** ****** in a town by East Texas we were out of town when we purchased the item after putting air in it last night I took it out of the box we had family visiting last night was July 26 2023 this morning around 11am our company woke up on the floir the air bed was flat today being Thursday 27 2022 of july not only waz the mattress flat we can't find the leak and the pump isn't working after you put brand new batteries in it luckily we had another pump so I call Kentex and the woman customer service rep says it has to be withing the 15 days of purchase in order to return it and I don't have my receipt she said i can send you the for. But they won't do anything because I don't have my receipt she said it's policy I said could I please speak with a supervisor. She said they won't do anything and hung up on me so I called back this time I got a rude man when I asked for a supervisor he got offended said he was the boss The VIP of sales and if I didn't have receipt he wasn't replacing it it's a $25 cheap twin air mattress Kentex revenue is over $10 million earned in sales I don't see how then he hangs up on me because he kept arguing when I said I wanted the supervisor his boss over him he said I am the boss lady I'm the VIP OF SALES I DONT HAVE TO GET YOU ANY HELP AND HUNG UP I WANT A REPLACEMENT BECAUSE I BOUGHT THE MATTRESS I WANTED IT AND I WANT AN EXCHANGE AND AN APOLOGY AND I WANT A MATTRESS THAT HAS BEEN SPECIFICALLY PICKED OUT AND TESTED TO SEE MAKE SURE IT DOES MOT HAVE ANY LEAKS AND INSURE THAT THE PUMP TO AIR IT UP WORKS I WANT A UPGRADE A QUEEN THEN SINCE THEY WANT TO RUDE ********S I WANT A BIGGER Mattress THE Bed ONE THAT CUSTOMERS BUY THE MOST AN UPGRADE FROM MY TWIN THEY ARE RUDE SNOTTY AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IT SHOWS HANGING UP ON A CUSTOMER REALLY JERK OTS LIKE HE TOOK IT PERSONal

    We only manufacture the airbeds and we are not ****** ******. ****** ****** has a claim process set up through us for airbeds that have manufacturing defects. In order to file a claim you must have the product, along with the color box and proof of purchase within 15 days. This is the policy ****** ****** has set up with us. If customer does not have proof of purchase then we cannot file a claim for customer.
