    Favret installed a new HVAC system in my home in December. I couldnt be more pleased with their service, installation, and the equipment. I splurged a bit and Im so happy with my carrier infinity system. It is absolutely the best heating and cooling equipment I have ever owned. Dont call anyone else for your heating and cooling needs. Favret is top notch!

    Thank Goodness for Companies like FAVRET ********************************* I got a new Furnace and AC Installed today! I called and we set up appt. for the Installation. They arrived when they said they would, were friendly and explained everything they were going to do and approx. how long it would take. It was an old furnace, so I anticipated a day or two. They wrapped it up and it took 5 hrs. Then followed up by a different team member who verified the job and was available for questions. (I had none) The Install. team answered my questions clearly. I understand FAVRET is a family-owned business who just celebrated their 100th Birthday! Great job FAVRET! FAVRET's better than Santa anyday!!

    On March 27 we discovered that our furnace was not heating. We called Favret Heating and Cooling who had installed it new a little over two years ago. They promptly sent a technician to investigate. He determined that a water leak above the furnace had destroyed a transformer causing the failure. Observing the corrosion on the leaking pipe – it was obvious that the leak had been there a long time -probably from the original install. After my discussion with Jake Favret from the company – it appears that he agrees with me because they chose not to bill me. This proves to me that Favret is a great company and stands behind their work. For this reason I like this company a lot and would highly recommend them.     Last November, Favret replaced the secondary and primary heat exchanger on our Carrier Furnace. They diagnosed it during a routine 'heating check' and were able to install the replacements 3 days later. The Favret technician (Seth #***) did an outstanding job, explained the process, was courteous, personable, was clearly very competent, and cleaned up. Today at the Spring maintenance check for air conditioning, a failing capacitor was found. The same tech (Seth #***) diagnosed the problem, went and got the part, installed and completed the maintenance check inside several hours. We have gotten this kind of efficient, courteous service from Favret for years and are happy to see the service quality being maintained.

    We've been a Favret customer for years. Their routine maintenance service has been top-notch and has kept our older units running smoothly for many years with no problems. The customer service is great, able to set-up appointments online and receive a call when the tech is on the way. All the service techs are great especially Tim who performed our furnace check-up today.
