Today I had one of the best customer service moments from **********************. Cham the tech was amazing/smart. I totally recommend this company. Lastly very fair on price while also explaining exactly what the issue was. Thanks again!

5 starsCham is the most professional, direct, honest and friendly technician I have had service my furnace/hvac. Since 2009, my furnace has made a terrible banging sound when the blower motor started then stopped running. I have had it serviced several times. Cham is the FIRST person to acknowledge the noise, examine the motor, and repair the problem. The problem? The brackets used to mount the motor were incorrect from the first installation! Subsequent repair people had replaced the blower motor and reused the incorrect brackets, thereby creating the same noise! Cham diagnosed and repaired the problem within one day during the hottest week of the summer. This company deserves five stars.Review fromMaureen R

Cham is honest - a straight shooter, friendly and professional, who really knows his business; he listened carefully to us and searched out the problem we were having with the thermostat. He then solved it to our great relief and satisfaction. We cannot recommend him highly enough and would call on him again in a second. I contacted SuperTec Heating and Cooling because, when I set the thermostat to heat, it suddenly jumped to auxiliary heat (= heat pump, which we don't have) and the AC came on. What?! We had had an excellent experience with the company a few years back, so I immediately called them for help. Cham got back to me that same day and, unbelieveably (though not apparently for SuperTec), added me to the end of his service calls that very afternoon!! I am honestly still in shock as I write this review for Cham at SuperTec Heating and Cooling. My furnace had stopped working 5 days ago (dead of winter). I'm quite handy and attempted to troubleshoot myself but ran out of ideas and needed a professional. After a little research I stumbled upon SuperTec and saw great reviews, so I called. Cham answered and, to my complete surprise, was willing to walk through the complete troubleshooting process with me over the phone (professionally and SAFELY). We were able to narrow the issue down to a simple sensor that needed to be replaced along with the air filter. After reading every review online and experiencing work with Cham directly, I honestly get it. Cham is truly an honest, honorable and fair businessman while also simply being a remarkable human being in an industry that has an unfortunate stigma with being fairly cutthroat. Being able to help me with this issue over the phone without needing to schedule a house visit and charge me for service made Cham's DAY (which should say a lot on its own). Being able to work with a kind and polite professional over the phone to troubleshoot and identify an issue that I can easily fix myself without being charged made my SEASON. After an experience like this, I honestly can't imagine looking elsewhere for HVAC assistance.SuperTec Heating and Cooling

I am at a loss to describe just how great it is to work with Cham and SuperTec. I own several rental units in Columbus and live in Minnesota. Cham has been my go to guy for all hvac issues for years. He is always prompt, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. His prices are very reasonable and I love the fact that the initial service call fee of $50 covers that address for all future trips. My only concern is that he might retire someday and my only complaint is that his service area does not include Minneapolis. Stop looking for other options. I had to go to every website that would review this company! Mr. C*** is an excellent human being and businessman. He called us within thirty minutes of request and guided me with fixing my heater. Most would have waited until the next day seeming as work is over at seven. He’s what this world needs more of. Kind, caring and knew exactly what the issue was. After receiving the home owners insurance diagnosis and suggested repair, not replace, costing over $2k, Cham removed and installed a new furnace within 24 hours of my intial call. The home owners emailed me during the install advising the parts would be in within 3 or 4 weeks once they received payment. Given the urgency of the CO2 levels, 3 or 4 weeks not an option! Cham with Supertec measured and ordered my furnace within 24 hours. I highly recommend Supertec for al HVAC needs! Again, thank you!!!SuperTec Heating and Cooling

Ive worked with Supertec Heating and Cooling several times for issues with both my AC and furnace. **** is quick to respond, answers your questions thoroughly and helps you maintain your unit rather than suggest replacing it. Multiple times he has walked me through troubleshooting to do on my own to save a house call. I would recommend this business to anyone.SuperTec Heating and Cooling

5 starsMy heat was not working. My coworker provided me with this companys contact information and told me they we great and super nice. Got a call back very quickly. He asked me questions about my issues and had me text photos to him. Said he would walk me through the steps and it was fixed within minutes. Any other company would show up and charge me. I will forever call him with any problems with Heating and Cooling as well as recommend them. Super Happy
