    I sold my home, and one of the requirements of sale was to inspect, then install a new furnace. ****** ***** came and inspected and cleaned the unit, and when it was determined by the buyer a new unit needed to be installed he quoted me $3832.89. He came out and took measurements on 10/24, and I made a $3832.89 purchase from him for the new furnace and installation. I was going out of town for 5 days. He said he would order it right away and would come and install on 11/1 at 10am. I received a text from him around 9:45 saying there was a delay in the delivery at the warehouse, and that noon would be the latest delivery. Noon passed, and after numerous phone calls from my realtor and I, I recieved a phone call from him at 1:15 stating the unit had arrived but installation would take too long, and he would come out on 11/2. My realtor and I texted and called numerous times on 11/2, received no response. I received a call on his cell phone from an unknown individual on 11/3, saying that he had been in a car accident after he picked up my furnace, and was getting an MRI done. This individual said they would be out 11/4 or 11/5 at the latest. On 11/4 I received a phone call from ****** saying he was on medication and could not come out until 11/5. After dozens of text and phone calls from my realtor and I on 11/5, there was no response. I informed him via text I wanted a full refund. I have not heard from him since then. I now had to purchase another unit and installation from another company to meet the contract agreement for the sale of my home. I am seeking my refund of $3832.89.

    On October 6th 2023 this business charged me the service fee of 65$ to fix a heating unit ( they were the assigned service by ****** home warranty) and they don't answer the phone , they kept stalling and never fixed my issue. This has caused me hours and hours of suffering and left me with a unit that doesn't have heating in the cold days.

    BBB called business and spoke to Travis, who said he was sick or injured at the time of this job and so the warranty co. found another business to go out and handle it. He said as far as he is aware, the customer was taken care of and matter was resolved. If not, please advise.

    I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. The payment for this is however reverted since I paid extra money to the new vendor to do the repairs in question.

    If I could give him no stars, I would. Trash, Trash, Trash. Terrible customer service and I will be spreading the word on EVERY outlet that I can find. He has come two years in a row to do work on my home (not because he does a good job but because he seems to be the only contractor my home owner warranty company uses. We keep having the same issue. Never comes when he says he will. Very inconsiderate of your time. Then stops answering calls and texts. He JUST worked on our AC over the weekend, we paid him $600 this time and paid close to $500 last month so I am unsure how it is not working AGAIN not even a week later. DO NOT USE! YOU WILL BE HOT AND SORRY!

    I gave him a down payment of $600 for an AC Unit on 8.23.22. I can no longer afford to make the purchase, and I would like my money back. I have made multiple attempts to reach him, but have been unable to do so.
