    Hetter did an efficient and cost effective furnace replacement for me on short notice. "Walt" provided an all-inclusive firm estimate, explained everything in detail, and did not pressure me. Installers "Michael" & "Brian" were on-time, friendly and open to explaining items I did not understand. Everything was cleaned up after the install, all paperwork was explained with copies to me, and the company handled the product registration as well. A very positive experience.

    Our exchanger went out and needed a new furnace. Walt provided ans agreeable estimate, and installation appointment was almost immediate. Our two installers Rick and “Halftime” ;-) Devan were fantastic! Prompt, knowledgeable and efficient, they did a great job of remove and install the old and new unit! All our questions/concerns were answered and the wife and I both received a passing mark when we were shown and quizzed regarding the thermostat! All kidding aside, the Hetter team did a phenomenal job installing our new furnace. After a search done long ago, we settled on Hetter to install (they installed a furnace/HVAC at our former house) and service the unit semiannually for the past 20-25 years. Yes, we would highly recommend!

    I had a new gas Furnace and Air conditioner on 10/13/23 by Rick and Zac, they were on time, and finished the installation that day. Both were very professional and answered all our questions, including instructions about our new thermostat. Plus they left no mess inside and out.

    Not only did my favorite repairmen (Donzel and Devan) install my new air conditioner in record time, but they also corrected the installation by a previous company of my 2-yr-old air conditoner by disposing of it along with mismatched connections. I'm very pleased.

    My furnace was shutting down when it was turned on. I called Hetter to repair it. I thought it was the thermostat. The technician came out and checked the thermostat and it was working well. He then checked the furnace thoroughly and cleaned off the sensor. The furnace worked again and continued to work all winter. I had a spare thermostat which he also took a look at. It was no longer good. I was favorably impressed with the technician's knowledge, his efficiency, and his professional manner. I would hire Hetter again.

    My AC went out on Sunday night and I called Monday morning. Rick came out within hours to give me an estimate. I was in the process of selling my home and I needed it replaced quickly. Two days later Rick and Devan came snd installed my new AC unit. They were prompt, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience!

    Despite the weather(subzero with snow) and staff shortage Hetter came to the rescue of an elderly couple. Ironically a scheduled maintenance visit turned into the furnace stopped working. Carrie worked her magic and one of the technicians made it to grove city and able to get the furnace working. As always my experience with hetter, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Definitely 5 star.

    Hetter hands down is one of the best companies I have ever worked with!Needed a new furnace and took a number of quotes.We decided to go with Hetter based on the sales representative ***** knowledge and thorough evaluation of our needs.Glad we did. ***** and ***** the installers were awesome and I am extremely satisfied with their finished product.Will definitely ask for them back when we need to upgrade our AC.My wife and I would highly recommend Hetter!!************
