My name is ****** **** phone number three eight zero two six six nine one nine zero My case number is two two eight all four six nine five and I'm filing my complaint and what I want to do fire and ice came out and turned my furnace off last Wednesday because of burnt wires and wood smelling. Then they didn't have a part so I expected them in two or three days to give me a call back while I was getting funding. Okay, I got the funding on Friday, tried to reach them back and everything. In between time trying to get them to come out to fix it or see when they were going to fix it. I received no communication, nobody telling me the part came in, when they're going to come out and fix it or none of that stuff and I'm constantly calling. So what had happened is that when the man came out, he shut my furnace off that day, that Wednesday. He said the two copper things that's inside the motor that operate the blower, the fan had went out and that would have to be replaced. He gave me a price as to what it was going to be and I told him I was getting some funding, getting everybody done well, family services, job and family services was helping me out with the money. I called her Friday morning to let her know I have $2 ,200 to get the furnace fixed. Do we have the part? Do we have this? Never received no communication or nothing. The only way I heard from her was this morning after I had left all the messages, she called me back this morning. I called to see if the photos were going to be turned on. She said no. They don't know how they're going to get the money. How is she going to be paid? And like I told her, this is Job and **************** They're not going to skip on you and getting the bill paid. They wanted documentation and a receipt from you, make sure it ain't no scam. So I had to run up there and get the paperwork off of ********* and ***************** so that it can be taken over there to Job and *************** to pay them. And I asked her again, are you going to send somebody out today? No, we're still trying to figure out, we need somebody to call us. Well, Job and *************** is not going to call you. I tried to make contact with you and you can't even get on your phone. You never had your phone. You gave it to me, the number, but I had to get a number from somebody else so they could contact you. So, I tried to get everything straight, told you about the paperwork, told you when you're going to get your money, you're still worried about the money. When am I going to get paid? She told me it was going to be over 30 months or more. It's not 30 days or more, or six months. She don't know that. She know nothing about ***, but for her to not have me to have no gas in the house, everything, the man completely shut it down. At first, he told me I can turn the motor, uh, uh, flipping on and flip it off. That way I can knock the chill off the house. He turned the furnace completely off. ******** knows this. ******** know I got animals in the house, there's me in the house and one other person. I'm burning my furnace. I've been burning the oven top and bottom ever since last Wednesday. I called her today again. I went out there and picked the paperwork up, called her maybe an hour ago and asked her Is she, are they gonna send somebody out? Well, we don't know when we're gonna get paid. Somebody needs to call us. ********, they're not gonna call you. I got your, your, your invoice, your seat. Everything's gonna be done, but if you gonna have to wait until they send you the money, then that's what I'm gonna have to do. Wait until they send, but it doesn't make any sense. You're not trusting in the government to do anything like this so I can have some heat because the temperature is dropping. I can feel it more so now than I could in the last two or three days. So after I said all that I had to say, I was tired of talking to her because I'm constantly telling her the same old thing over and over and over. You're going to get your money, you're going to get your money. She's still not listening to that, like the money's going to come out of her pocket. That's a big company. And I know it's a pretty big company, and I know they charge well for inspection fees and everything else. But it doesn't make any sense for me needing heat since last Wednesday. They turned me off and the people that I spoke to before her, they tried diligently to put me on the emergency list to have somebody come out or to have somebody to call me. Nobody done nothing, absolutely nothing until she called me today and I called her all the way up to Saturday. She didn't, she didn't say nothing, absolutely nothing until today, and that's why I want to file this complaint, let her know, you know, the government is not a scam, won't scam everybody, she needs to be a little more trusting, knowing how weather it is, I got reptiles, I got a dog, I did have some kids, but they, they, I mean, I couldn't even babysit for them. So, but the temperature is really bad and it's going down, they've been talking about going down and she still don't want to send nobody out here to get this furnace fixed even though the part was there the part was there friday so she could have done it friday the part came in on that friday and i was trying my diligently trying to get her to get somebody out here to put it in but yet she talked about well how are we going to get paid how are we going to do this i've got that all covered ******** you're going to get paid you're going to get your money Well, I need to hear from somebody. Okay, I guess the only way you're going to hear from somebody is to get that check in there. So, that's all I want to say. I filed a complaint. This woman don't want to *****, ***'t want to bend. She don't give a **** how cold it is out there for anybody, but what goes around comes around. I hope she don't have to go through the same thing that I'm going through and everything or trying to get some heat in her house or one of her family member's house. It doesn't make any sense. This is ****** ****, phone number ************. Bye.

Contrary to the complaint, an extraordinary amount of communication attempts were made and not responded to by the customer. Job and ************** has a process that had not been initiated by the customer until the day of this complaint. As of today, our company is paying for the repair in hopes that the customer will move forward with the paperwork for us to receive reimbursement
