We have only had amazing service with atlas. I can't compare them to anybody because of that, but I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling or plumbing.

1 starWE had a plumbing problem and called Atlas Butler because of their good reputation. The service tech was great and introduced us to Total C which is their product that clears drains. We ran out of the product and called to get another one. Atlas Butler offered to send one out to us because there would be no one at the office to help us. We paid for the bottle by credit card and after the product was delivered, we were billed again. No problem, we called Atlas Butler, explained the situation and was told that the receptionist would have to send the problem to billing. Still nothing happened. I call again, only to be told by the same receptionist that the billing department wanted to make sure I didn't receive two bottles. In other words, they were not trusting my word. This time the same receptionist said she would tell them that I had received only one bottle. I am referencing this issue because it makes me wonder what other billing problems I might encounter if we use them exclusively for our plumbing problems. Obviously there is a disconnect that make me wonder how trust worthy they really are.Review fromBarbara K.

Our A/C went out 2:00 am Monday. The Atlas Butler tech was at our home by 8:00 am the same day. After diagnostics and consultation with the supervisor, there were three things that needed fixed. A fuse had been blown on the furnace panel so that was replaced. A part had gone bad in the A/C so that was replaced. The thermostat had gone bad so that was replaced. Everything is working great now. We live in ****, which usually means moisture in the basement. We thought since we had a working sump pump that took care of any issues. What we found out from the tech and supervisor was that our beautiful new high energy furnace installed in Nov. 2021 had some moisture inside the unit. They explained to us what could happen if we didn't do something about this problem now. We listened and accepted their recommendation to install a dehumidifier to protect our investment. We set the install for Wednesday, and they completed the job quickly and expertly the same day. We have been with Atlas Butler for over 25 years, and they are the greatest company with the best people. We have never had any problems with them whatsoever in all the years we've been with them.Atlas Butler Heating And Cooling

5 stars***** ****** **** and **** have all been super helpful and answering all of my questions. All have been really nice and friendly but profession, had sewer line unstopped and will be having some repairs done by a different team but I have confidence they also will be a awesome team and do a good job. 5 starsUnfortunately, our eleven year old system needed a compressor and needed a heat exchanger known to have a manufacturing defect. The next day we were presented with options with no pressure tactics. Our new system was installed the following day by two very ***********************. 1 starIf I could give Atlas Butler a 0 rating I would. Terrible experience. Atlas Butler's plumbers played havoc on my house causing considerable damage, After they got out of here I had to call a repair company to fix the damage, In the meanwhile I contested Atlas Butler's charges with the bank including photos of said damage + copies of repair bills to fix the damage Atlas Butler caused, ******** reversed the charges in my favor. So what does Atlas Butler do - They get a collections company involved that hounds me day and night. I am seventy five years old and will not tolerate the abuse. Atlas Butler doesn't have a legitimate claim here. They caused considerable damage and do not want to take responsibility for their actions, In any event I am not going to pay them anything and at my age I am not afraid of collections. However it is annoying and unprofessional. At this point I just want Atlas Butler out of my life. They r high pressure, smarmy and do not want to take responsibility for their actions. In addition I have talked to other seniors who have similar horror stories when it comes to Atlas Butler.
