We called ****** ******** about concern for possible overheating of our hot water heater. Technician came on Monday July 22 and didnt see a problem. On Saturday, July 27, we had no hot water. Called ****** ******** and was informed that we would probably have to wait until Monday. I told the customer ********************** person that was unacceptable and I didnt want to go all weekend without water and have to take another day off work on Monday. She said she would have a resolution specialist call me back within an hour. After three hours with no call back, I tried unsuccessfully to reach someone at Choice Warranty. My husband decided to call the technician from At Your Service directly. He wasnt able to leave a voice mail. However, at 6:10pm I sent an email to the address on the business card the technician gave to us on Monday. At 8:00 on Saturday evening, the technician showed up and fixed our water heater. We appreciate that he was willing to help during the weekend.

Technician Daniel, came Tuesday (April 9) evening around 7:45 p.m. to review the issue. He said he had to wait for approval for the repair and collected the $60 deductible. On Thursday (4/11) at 5:17 p.m., I called Daniel on his cell phone to ask if he received approval to repair. Daniel said yes and that he was going to call to schedule. He asked in if Friday (4/12) would work. I told him after 4:00 p.m. On Friday (4/12), I called Daniel at 5:17 p.m. and asked if he was still coming. He said he had an appointment to review another repair in Washington Court. Daniel called me at 7:15 p.m. (4/12), saying he wasn't going to make it to because he wanted to make sure he had time to fix issue and be able to get parts from the store if needed. He asked if he could come by today (Saturday 4/13) after 3:00 p.m. Apparently, he must have forgot he told me he couldn’t come on Saturday because he was going to out of town. On Saturday 4/13 at 4:12 p.m., I called Daniel and asked if he was still coming, he said that he was working on another job and would call. It's now 8:52 p.m. and I haven't heard anything from him. He took the $60 and the problem STILL ISN'T FIXED. I'm not satisfied!! A complaint has been filed with Choice Home about this VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We contacted ****** **** ******** about a shower that is continuing to leak. It started out at 75 dollars for the technician to come out and take a look at the issue. He found it was the Cartlidge, and when he took it apart, he said, oh, it's not the Cartlidge; you have a broken pipe. He cut the dry wall to get to the broken pipe; once he went in, he broke an additional 4–6 pipes. He contacted ****** and told them what was going on, then ****** told us we had another $150 fee to pay. He leaves without giving us an update or telling us when he will get back. We have been without water since 11/11 at 10:30 a.m. and have had to use buckets to use the bathroom. The technician called his dispatcher or boss multiple times to say that he needed help, and the response that he got was, I AM NOT COMING OUT THERE. This is unacceptable. We are not the cause of this issue, and we have to pay for the issue that was created, and ****** is not helping either. The tech came to our house on 11/11 at 10:30 a.m. and left close to 11:00 p.m. Then he showed up on 11/12 and sat in his car for 20 minutes. He came in and left, and he didn't even give us any common details on where he was going or how long he would be out. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

I was connected to At Your Service Heating and Cooling LLC through my home warranty. My mini split stopped working and displayed an error code advising there was a leak. My initial appointment was missed, and the rescheduled multiple times. Eventually they came out, late at night to take a look and write up the "diagnosis" for the home warranty and I paid the $65 flat fee. Since then, I have left multiple messages (voicemail now full) was able to connect and set up the follow up appointment to fix the unit. I gave them ALL day availability and they no call/no showed and I have been unable to connect. When they were here they were super nice! But the lack of follow through and professionalism is disappointing. I am not out $65 and have been without AC for weeks.
