    I purchased a Furnace, air conditioner and humidifier from Aire- flo and they were installed on 11-11-22.A gas leak was discovered on 11-15-22 by one of their technicians who came to check on the installation. On 12-24-22 I walked into my walk-in closet and discovered my carpet was soaked; the furnace closet was right off the walk-in closet. When I opened the door, the floor was full of water. Water was shooting out of the humidifier. The technician came out and discovered the drain valve was not opened on the humidifier. The technician suggested I run a floor fan on the floor to dry up the carpet. After I had run the fan half the day, I discovered brownish stains down the middle of the floor. I rubbed my hand across, and it smelled like stale water. I called Aire-Flo and spoke to Liz, who said she'd send a technician out who took pictures. When I talked to Liz, she said from the pictures it looked like the stains in the floor were old stains in my closet floor. I was highly insulted and very disappointed for her to make that statement because my closet floor was perfectly clean and fine before the water flooding it.I have been a Aire-Flo customer as well as my mother for over 10 years and have never been treated so rude.I continued to ask to speak to her boss, but she continued to say he was not available. Finally Liz had a carpet cleaner come out to clean my closet carpet. I was extremely concerned about mold and expressed that to Liz,but she seemed more concerned about shifting the blame on me.I continued to leave messages supposedly for her boss to which I never received a call back to this day.
