    I had these people install a warranty window and replace wood trim around an outside door a few weeks ago. I am certain they sent out someone who didn't have any idea what he was doing and couldn't care less. I am dissatisfied with everything they have done. The wood trim was put in unevenly and was not caulked properly, and the storm door was not properly reinstalled, so that there is a gap in the top where the door is supposed to meet the frame, allowing air, rain, snow, etc., to get in. The window was even worse. The person who did it was a complete amateur and made a mess of the window installation. By the way, this was a warranty replacement that ******** Windows/Silverline Windows was replacing, because of a faulty window, and they will not even replace their own windows unless you buy a new one from them, and then you're stuck with any sloppy handyman you can find, and believe me, these people are SLOPPY, and overpriced. Several times while the window was in the process of being replaced I tried to tell this handyman that it didn't look right to me and I got ignored. The moral of the story is I get it completely how hard it is to find anyone to do anything in home improvement in this area, but I will never hire these people again.
