Contacted the company to do work on my rental property. I canceled the plumbing project and asked multiple times to refund my deposit. They never once confirmed or told me they would refund. Charge was made April 07 and i used my debit card. All i ask is to refund my card. I text them and get a runaround. They claim to have sent a check out and have a check number, then proceed to tell me the "accounting" department is not in until Monday. I used a credit card to pay and they claim to have sent a check. Why not just credit my card back like every business does ?

Customer provided a fake name therefore no entry was found and a check was written to the name and address he provided: **** ***** ** ** * ***** ******* ********* *****

Refund request was requested after 90 days , therefore it’s a check release.
**** then stated he knows where I live as if to threaten me.

another check was issued same week he stated he never received the first check.

Please see attached bank statement where Matrka Handy accepted payment from ******* *********  *** ***

Please also see Franklin County Auditors site showing that ******* ********i owns a duplex  ***** ***** **** ***, the property in question

**** ***** is a business name I use to protect my identity and assets. I have used this name on ****** , ****** and other apps. I made this fully aware to this business. The business is using this to avoid returning my deposit. I used my personal debit card to put a "down payment " on a  plumbing job.  The job was never started. In fact, I offerred another job to them asking them to come out to the property to meet me and use the money for another project. After repeatedly asking them to come out to the prooerty and MEET ME  they refused.

I asked for my money back and there was no response until now where they claim to have sent a check to **** *****

The business can send my money back to

    ******* *********

At the end of April I hired Ms. M***** to paint my garage along with replacing my garbage disposal and other household repairs. Unfortunately her work wasn’t what I expected. The garage wood wasn’t prepared for the paint before it was painted. There are places where the wood is falling apart and not filled in before being painted. It’s been less than a month and the paint is peeling. I asked about the size of the disposal because I have an unusual set up for my kitchen sink. It has a drawer that pulls out instead of doors and because of that the disposal has to be a certain size. The disposal I bought doesn’t fit and now the drawer is bent and won’t close completely. Ms. M***** wanted to cut down the drawer instead of getting a disposal that fits properly. Additionally she used a caulk of some sort around the drain. I was concerned about that leeching into the water, getting additional toxins into my water. I can’t run the dishwasher without having water leaking into the drawer. I am washing my dishes by hand because of this and water is still leaking into the drawer. I have to get someone else in to replace the disposal and fix the drawer. I’m not sure what I am going to do about the garage. I would like to get my money back but I’m not holding my breath.

All of the siding was scraped for 8 hours before being primed and painted. I explained that the siding is in rough shape and did fill with wood filler in multiple spots. The entire job was $750 for two full days of work.

There was no charge for the disposal  and when I told her that the drawer hits, and she said she was fine with cutting it down to fit but then changed her mind, which is fine, but also said she’d find someone else.

I’ll send someone to scrape spots picked out and touch them up. Just reply when

Scraping and patching at this point is not going to solve the problem. In order to remedy the situation to my satisfaction, the entire structure needs to be scraped down, prepped and painted. Scraping and patching is not a reasonable solution. I would never agree to that. I want my money back. I’m going to have to pay someone else to fix this work that wasn’t done the right way by the person that I hired to do the work.
