  Brian and his crew did a great job on my new patio roof. One day after I got the building permit approved, his crew began the work and finished 2 days later. This was beyond expectations, and at a quite reasonable price. The also replaced the rotted trim on my garage while they were there.

  I called Brian and the call rolled over to Roger, office manager. I was looking to have window screens installed, but Roger requested to see a picture of the window/screens I currently have in place. I mentioned I wanted Brian or a representative to schedule appt to come out, meet with me so we could discuss possible service. The appt was set for the following day. In the interim, Roger sent a text stating by virtue of looking at screen shots of the pictures I sent, he gave a rough estimate of the cost to install new screens. I simply replied thank you for the estimate. Next day, no one from the company showed up. I called Roger and asked why didn't a representative come by today. He said you asked me to wait. Nowhere in my verbal or text conversation I requested you to wait. He didn't apologize or show any concern he'd made a mistake. I said this is not how you should managing a business. Then he said everyone is entitled to their opinion. From that statement, I'm was Done!!! Never will I recommend your services to anyone. Plus I've sent notification to housing civic association not to consider Handyman services Plus!!!

  Yes, in response to Ms. *******s allegation, I gave her a ballpark estimate/quote for her screens and she said thanks for the estimate/quote and left it at that. The following day she called to see why we didn’t show for the appointment, I said you thanked me yesterday for the quote, she proceeded to get quite angry and irritated and I’ll keep it at that! If she chooses to speak negatively of us, I can’t control that. I’m sorry she has ill feelings about our company. We always put our customers first, thanks. Roger HSP

  I contacted Brian for several major jobs on my home. His pricing was very fair and his workers showed up when they said they would. They all did a beautiful job and Brian checked on the work every day. I had a sidewalk replaced, a concrete porch resurfaced and my basement waterproofed. The last job they are doing is replacing my back door, threshold and frame as well as my fence gate. I would HIGHLY recommend Brian! Pictures will be uploaded soon.

  I sincerely enjoyed working with ***** and his team. Our kitchen project consisted of replacement of the backsplash, counter, sink, flooring, painting the cabinets, running a water line to the refrigerator and updating the overhead lighting, and installing undercabinet lighting. We also had our wood floors refinished by his team. I was able to get my project scheduled right away. Attention to quality went above and beyond. There were times I said, "this looks great!" and he would add another coat to make it look even better. I never had to chase him down for an answer and he always answered my call or returned it quickly. I would recommend this contractor to everyone!
