    This guy is the fraud. I had scheduled and confirmed appt from the home warranty. He came to do an initial assessment and took my money. The warranty approve my parts and he never showed up. No communication for 2 months. Try to reach out many times, and he keeps lying. I called warranty multiple times, and he said I will come Monday...no show up. Then Thursday....no show up. I called him to find out what was going on. He said he will be there Friday 12pm cause he has overnight work. He did not show up until 5 pm and he texted my "flat tires". I had to take 3 days off from work due to this guy. I called the warranty and they told me they will stop the contract with him now and I was assigned to a different tech. DO NOT EVER BELIEVE...I LOST 4 DAYS OF MY WORK TIME. He does not value your time and money.

    Had a scheduled and confirmed appointment from C.C Handyman Services through my home warranty company. No one showed up, no one called to say they werent coming, no communication at all. I left a voicemail using their phone number. Another voicemail was left after the appointment window. A work order through a home warranty company is easy. The company puts the work order in an open status in the system and a technician from a company to perform the work accepts it. It is the only way for the work order to be assigned to the technician. Due to the appointment, I had taken time off work. This company never appeared for the scheduled work, and has thus been removed from the scheduled job and put on notice by the home warranty company. When contacting the company, they made an excuse that they had commercial jobs over night. If you know you are doing commercial jobs, do not accept residential jobs that *** conflict with the job you signing up for. Terrible service!Caused me to waste a day of vacation time, and waste my time on the phone.

    ****** please stop making reviews on my company. I have already verified that I was not supposed to have an appointment with you. The warranty company that you had set up the appointment with was not supposed to set one up and all appointments that had to do with pools were supposed to be removed and redirected. I do not work on pools. I had asked them to remove them and then had to ask again after hearing from you. I will be taking steps if this continues. You already know the issue and have been told. Your problem is with the warranty company not me.

    One more thing to clarify and you also were told the this, the reason I did not answer the phone was because I had an overnight job. Which is also the reason I was not to be scheduled work the next day for anyone. I would not schedule work for a day if I am not even getting off till that morning. You were informed of this. And once again, you were informed that the appointment should not have been made for pools period. I do not work on pools. Call the warranty company and they will tell you had to complain that I do not work on pools. That no pools should have been on my schedule. I don't know why you were removed with all the others. You were told I do not work on pools. I am not the one you should be putting a review on. And all calls are recorded with the warranty company and if you persist I will take legal action.

    CC Handyman, you have claimed you verified this work order was for pools. Your clearly misspoken when you state this as I have not opened a work order for pools, nor do I own or operate a pool. Therefore your verification was false and your continued statement about this being for a pool is incorrect. As stated, the home warranty company has verified that you accepted the job they put in the system, and you failed to appear for the scheduled appointment. I cannot help if you decided to accept this work order and you also chose to work over nights. It sounds as though you need to read more what work orders you accept. Threatening to take action is not a threat you wish to make. As I can clearly prove your information is incorrect! In fact, the warranty company has supplied the confirmed appointment in which your company would have had to accept to make it confirmed. I have posted reviews on multiple sites as they are made in good effort to inform the public about your companys history of not showing up for appointments with customers. I have placed the blame exactly where it belongs, with you. Not the home warranty company. Again, you stated it was for pools No pool was involved in this work order!

    And as well, you are correct, all calls were recorded and I have already placed a request to have the calls released to me for this work order. Since this work order had nothing to do with pools as you claim, your claims are false and therefore I have suffered damages from your company. Threatening to take legal action against people for posting honest and true reviews about your company when you post false information wont get you very far in court and in fact perhaps I should be the one taking legal action.I have screen shot your responses as well as have copies of your responses for possible legal action. In short, I would recommend to all potential customers to avoid your company as you did not show up for the appointment you had with me.

    Lastly, you were told prior to your response on the BBB review that my work order had nothing to do with pools. I do not know why you attempt to blame pools when nothing about a pool was in my work order. Again, I do not own or operate a pool. So your claim of it was for pools is false and can be construed as a fraudulent claim. I will be forwarding this thread to the **** ************************ for complaints against a company as well.
