    Transaction Date: 8/4/2022 Amount Paid: $375.00 Raw Designz was to provide by 8/19/2022 initial rounds of logos for branding and new business purposes within 10-14 days after order placed. Nature of dispute: Lack of communication, poor samples (nothing close to what we requested), 7 days past deadline causing delays in advertisements, trademark, and grand opening plans. I tried resolving issue, but the contractor refuses to resolve despite breaching our agreement. I called and text several times to get an update with no answer until I informed the contractor , I was canceling the order and the contractor sends 3 samples ( 12 hours after contact stating he would resend them ) that not only look like generic samples but not even close to what I described we wanted further demonstrating his lack of due diligence regarding our order.     I take responsibility for the delay of the project. When project began we asked for what the client would like to see in their logo. Without any direction the research phase took a bit longer than usual since we did not have any direction. So based off the research of other businesses in the same industry we came up with three designs. After the initial designs were sent and were not pleased we did reach out to see how we can resolve the issue. Instead of giving us a chance to resolve the issue, the client refused and demanded an immediate refund. We sent multiple forms of communication to see what we can do but each one was met resistance. We hope they are able to find someone to help their vision come to light and we wish them luck on their business.
