    Placed order for an arrangement on 1/30/24 for delivery 2/14/24, a gift for family members. It is now 2/16/24 and the order has not been received. I have reached out numerous times. No one answers the phone. I have left 3 messages. There has been no communication from the store. I am beyond disappointed and will never use this company again but at this point I just want my money back.

    Item was left on a porch and product was ruined. Fruit was squishy and not edible. I’ve made contact with the company multiple times considering they sold an item that was not usable and ruined. They refuse to acknowledge the squishy and stale/non edible fruit and state it’s not their fault.

    I ordered a fruit basket online on May 8; requested delivery for May 12. The order total was $44.05. The confirmation stated delivery on May 12, 2023. The order was not delivered. I live near Pittsburgh, my daughter lives in Cbus, OH. It is her birthday. I counted on this business to deliver a thoughtful gift to MY DAUGHTER since she is so far away with no family there for her bday and they did not. They also did not contact me to let me know it would not be delivered.     Order was placed for a fruit arrangement to be delivered on February 14, 2023. The arrangement was not delivered, but my card was charged. The business does not answer their phone, respond to email, or return voicemails. I have also filed a dispute with my bank. Attached are the original order, the dispute I filed, and the status of the order as on todays date. I received a call from the business on 2/17/23 where they left a voicemail. I immediately returned the call. Went to voicemail and was not returned.
