    I hired this company in 2022 to remodel my bathroom. They did not show up until afternoon every day. They did not install the shower panels correctly as they were to be caulked to the 2x4's and they did not and the walls waffle and it voided my warranty on the shower. The floor was unlevel which made the toilet leak on the floor and the drainpipe leak. The owner was called to fix, and he asked me what the *** I was doing to make it leak and said he could not come back because someone in his neighborhood got shot and he could not leave his house. I had to spend an additional $1485.00 to get my bathroom fixed so it would not leak. The contract said they would haul away all demo material and they did not I paid an additional $250. to have it hauled away. They also bought supplies from Lowes that I paid for, and they took all the left-over towels, trash bags, rollers, nails, screws, caulking etc... totaling $150.00. I would never recommend this company and if I had read the reviews on ****, I would not have hired them. They pride their selves on the BBB rating and give you a copy of that when you sign the contract. ** *

    I hired this company to replace some trim outside my house. I prepaid them $300 to buy some necessary wood ( I have proof for that, with a check). They never show up and did not call or text with explanation. Avoided my text and calls. All I want now from them is my $300 BACK!
