    I entered into contract for bathroom remodel on 12/14/2022 with Alan C****** of Centerline Contractors, LLC. The contract stated work would be completed by January 16, 2023. A total of `$12,500. was paid to Alan C****** owner of Centerline Contractors for the bath remode (labor). The final payment of $1700. was made to Alan C****** on February 9, 2023. During the course of the remodel Alan and his workers rarely came at the agreed upon times, they damaged a door frame, and a wall. The wall was repaired by Alan but the door frame still needs repaired. The following items still need to be completed: Repair the door frame, replace cut out ceiling in the basement, install four lights in the master bedroom ceiling, repair doorway in bathroom, remove all building materials left laying in my side yard and basement.. I have communicated with Alan via text and phone on 18 different occasions from April 11, 2023 through June 2, 2023 trying to get resolution to finish the job. The last contact I had with him was June 2 when he assured me he would be at my house that afternoon to complete my project. Prior to June 2, he promised 3 other times that he would be out within 2 days to finish the job, but never showed up. . There has been no further contact. with Alan since the June 2 phone conversation. I am requesting that Alan complete the job ASAP and that he comes at the agreed upon time, finishes in one day, and that the work is completed to my satisfaction. If Alan can not complete the work under these circumstances I am requesting a refund in the amount of $3000. so that I can hire another contractor to complete the unfinished work.
