  I was a patient for Dr *********************** I had an insurance mixup that had to be fixed before I could have my procedure done. They said I owed $200 and that I had to pay the $200 before I could get my procedure done. When I called my insurance they said that they were primary again and to have the company run it through and they would pay it. The company refused and said I had to pay the $200 regardless. For one thats illegal, Secondly when we thought about doing it the secretary went to back to talk to Dr. ********************** and came out with another bill for $600 and would not explain what it was for. I left immediately because I wasnt going to be scammed. I dropped Dr ********************** as my doctor and a couple of months later I got a bill for over a ***** and the same bill for $200. I called my insurance and they said to have them run both of the bills and that they would be paid. I called the office and they said ok. I just got another bill for the same $200 and called and talked to Dr. ********************** and said they have tried to run it through but my insurance keeps denying it, Which isnt true because my insurance has said nothing has been run through regarding that company connected to my name. Then Dr. ********************** proceeded to rip me a new one saying theres all kinds of things wrong with this Country and that shes not getting paid enough and they cant pay their bills because of the insurance companies and patients not wanting to pay her, She said that they will not be putting the bill through my insurance again and that they are sending me to collections. For her to talk to a former patient so disrespectfully is beyond the pale. This is a horrible company. They charge you for anything without saying what theyre charging you for, Including when youre waiting on her to come in the room to be seen shes over an hour late. She or her company does not care about the patients, She only cares about being paid. She should not be seeing anyone and should have her license revoked as a Doctor

  1. Called many times without getting an answer or answering service.2. Asked to sign forms that were printed with the ink so low, they were literally unreadable. 3. Asked to sign a form stating that I had received their privacy practices. Had to speak to three different people to get someone to understand they hadn't given me the privacy form.4. Never seen less than an hour past appointment time. On the last visit, I sat and waited for half-an-hour past appointment time before they even asked for my insurance card. 5. Told I had to pay their credit card fees. Went to get cash, and when I came back I was told that I had to wait for everyone else to be seen first. When I pointed out that the doctor had already been running 40 minutes behind when I left, I was told I wouldn't be seen at all that day. The doctor had to call personally while I was driving home to say I could be seen if I came back.

  Worst experience of my life. Still never received my medication. I have been trying to contact this place since I left on 8-29 over medication they prescribed but never sent. I have called several times since. Given the holiday I gave extra time and patience for them to continually answer the phone rude, put me directly on hold or just pick up and hang up. This place does not care about patient health. Dr. ********* and her front desk lady in the back argue in front of patients every visit. I have been here 3 times and every time they were arguing in front of us making it awkward. They diagnosed me with diverticulosis and that's all. They told me what's wrong and then refuse to do their job correctly. Also to mention after my colonscopy I woke up to c*** sprayed on the back of my legs and they never provided anything for me to clean myself up with. I told the older white lady who was my nurse and she kinda shrugged and said go home and shower. We'll no duh. But I had to put my pants on, use their facilities to wipe myself down and then leave. They wanted me to walk out with f**** down my legs. Please shut this place down and give us actual options for our health please. This is so discouraging.

  Back in May 2022, I was scheduled for a Colonoscopy with Mid Ohio Digestive Diseases Association. However while I was there I felt uncomfortable with the business, It was dirty and they charged my credit card $46.35 for office call and I received a receipt, however this pass February, 16 2023, I noticed there was a another charge of $46.35? I called there office and the person on the other end informed my that the charge from almost a year ago did not go through and I needed to prove to them that It came out of my account last Year!! So almost a year later they charged me? I was never notified that there was an issue and they needed to send the payment back through? How is it that they can justify charge my card without notifying me. As far as I know I was charged because I have a receipt. This is the most unprofessional business. I want my $46.35. back!! ****** **
