    The guy gave me a $1200 quote for torsion conversion. Paid $250 deposit. I mentioned I should get other quotes and he convinced me I wasnt getting screwed. After paying the $250 deposit, EVERYONE was telling me thats way too much. Had another company come out and fixed it within 30 minutes for under $400. The guy/owner of the company did the work explained **** was selling me something I didnt needto replace vs fix. Apex guy didnt give me the option to just fix it. They wouldnt give me the $250 back so Im disputing with my bank. Im not one to do negative reviews but this was a very bad experience and I do feel that being an older woman, alone, he saw an easy target to lie to.

    They arrived on time and replaced my garage door springs within 35 minutes.The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

    Our garage door spring broke at 10:00pm. My husband needed to be out the door the next morning by 9:00am. We called Apex garage door service and they had ***** out here by 7:30-8:00am. He worked efficiently and had the repair done in short order. He was very courteous and respectful.
