      I ordered 6 pints of ice cream to be delivered the week of Dec. 12-16 2022. It was to be gift for my daughter. I specifically asked for that week as she would not be home the following week through Jan. 5th 2023. It arrived sometime on Dec. 23-24th. When she got home on Jan. 5th she was surprised at the liquid ice cream. I called many times to get someone at Jeni's to help with this. Nobody ever answered the phone, so I left many messages. The recording said I would get a call back within 24 hours. Eventually I did get a call back, they left a message and said to call again or email them. I DID!!! I did't get a reply. I called and emailed, NO answers and no replies. Finally someone who identified himself as ***** said he would help, all I had to do is call or leave a message. Do you see where this is going? Jeni's customer service leaves much, much to be desired. I finally emailed them and asked to refund me my $87.00, that was 6 weeks ago and still no reply. I feel Jeni's owes me an explanation as to there terrible customer service!!! Also an apology to my daughter and me.

      I saw the owner - Jeni herself - recently post about a girl who made fun of her for wearing fake doc martens, DYING in a car crash a week later. I was shocked. I had to read it multiple times to confirm what I read was true. Jeni went on to say there is nothing more uncool than wearing knockoff Docs. Tell me you’re out of touch with your market without telling me… I used to be a fan of Jeni’s and tell everyone to buy it and now I’ll never support again. Talk about tacky.
