The original date began in May 2023, a car ran into the side of our building and city had to turn the electricity off and we had to get a license electrician to make sure it was okay to have it turn back on -the electrician came and Ernest B***** came with him to check out the building- this contractor -B***** cam in making a lot of promises to repair the building- we chose to use him because the electrician recommended him -In May 2023 we gave him $8,000 to start the work and in July/Augus we gave him addition $6,135, so far he only out some 4x4's inside of the building and that it nothing else have been done and he will not return phone calls or texts the building in still Un operatable we cannot go in the building until the city approve the work completed- AThe insurance company will not pay any more until the work is completed- so we are out $14,135. and nothing to show for it - I have all documents he signed- the city call us and stated we need to get a permit and we told him-the city that we gave the money to B***** and he was suppose to have the permit. Mr B***** also had a lady to call me from Dayton, Oh to get more money yes I refuse until he complete the work- I file a complaint with ******** ******* office and he will not respond to them either- so we are out of this money and the building cannot be occupied and we do not have the funds to fix the building-
