I agreed to have a fence put in. Craig was so happy to help until things started going wrong. First they didn’t want to put the gates where I wanted. Then they pulled there truck in my yard getting the truck stuck where it had to be towed out.i called Craig right away he said he would fix it and they put the fence up and brought out some dirty gravel and spread grass seeds around I let Craig know I would pay after every thing was done after the fence was put up I stepped on a rut that they had lefted in my yard and sprained my ankle two weeks after having surgery on my heel I got a I’m sorry man and promise that they would come out and fix it over a year later they sent a contractor out and want to agree with my wife saying it’s not bad. And basically calling us stupid for causing him to come down I had them leave do to how he was treating my wife after this we had to have them back twice to fix the fence they sales guy said it was a good fence when we agree to buy it but when the boards was cracking he said it’s a cheap fence that upset me the. They had to come back out because the fence gates was bending and falling apart them at the end of 23 they was going to turn the account over to lawyer and I had to pay it so I did and they said they would fix the yard here it is spring again and my yard is still looking bad because of them have a lot of pictures will not let me load and can get doctors report from spinning my ankle I still have issues with itCustomer Answer

We were contracted by the clint to install a fence at his property. After our sales team met with the client, they agreed the best solution for his property was a Kentucky Horse Board
(KKB) Fence with wire mesh. This is a great fence, one that we install on a regular basis and would never be referred to as a "cheap" fence.
It is true that our crew drove the truck in the client's yard to deliver the fence materials. This was only done after speaking with the homeowner and her giving permission to do so. It turned into an unfortunate situation for both Elite Fence and the client. The client was left with ruts in the yard and Elite was left with a tow bill and yard repair that needed to be completed. Elite spoke with the client regarding the ruts and agreed to add topsoil and seed to fix the area. A crew was sent to repair the ruts in July of 2023. There was a misunderstanding between the crew leader and homeowner on what needed to be done so that crew was pulled from the site. Our client states that our crew leader basically called them "stupid", which is a false statement. Two weeks later a different crew was sent to complete the yard repair. The client stated there was gravel mixed with the soil. The soil was purchased by a local supplier, and we did not see any gravel mixed with the soil. It was agreed that we would bring new soil out to install in the Spring of 2024 and it would likely be done in the month of May to avoid the wet months of March and April. We are still planning on sending a crew to install new soil and seed for our client.
After the installation there was not an issue with boards that were cracked. Several months after the install the client brought to our attention that he had some cracked / split boards. We scheduled the work and all boards have been replaced.
We strive to meet all customers expectations and look forward to installing new dirt in the ruts and resolve the issue for the client.Customer Answer

Still in dispute!! Not resolved but any means!
We have not heard from Elite Fencing about our issues we still have. It is now the middle of June and not one person has reached out to us. We have over 34 pictures of fencing issues and yard that we have been fighting to get fixed for 3 years now!! We tried to uplaod these to the BBB but your system wouldn't let them go through.
The owner of Elite said that they repair yards between April- begining of June and we are now past this timeframe. Here is a list of issues still unresolved:
Several boards that are cracked again
A few posts that are almost cracked in half
There are a handful of posts that are coming up, exposed concrete
The gates that they had replaced are starting to seperate again even after using different screws
We have paid a lot of money for this fence and they have been out twice now to "fix" theses isssues, and that is when we can finally get them out to do so. They keep saying they will be out to fix them again and ***** shows up. We just want our money back. We are so tired of fighting with them for over 3 years now!! The sales *** said this was such a great fence when he sold it to us and has been nothing but junk!
This company refuses to right the wrong with us even after all our proof of issues and us reaching out to them. We had bought 1 fence off of them before and didnt have this issue so we used them again and regret it immensely.
I do hope you can help us finally get us the much needed resolutions with this. If there is another way to get you those pictures or if you need them please just let me know..

i have sent you several pictures and of the fence and the yard they still haven't fixed there are several spots in the fence that the fence is very wavy . also i have added the picture of some of the post split and a lot of boards cracking . there are several staples coming out of the fence also . the gate they just replace at the beginning of the year has different screws in it just in one spot not all spots where it was put together . as you can see several post have concrete coming up and the fence has started raising up. and as for the yard the owner him self said in the email from before they fix yards in April and may this is end of June and still no work from when they are fixing it also i have added some pictures of the or so called clean dirt it is all rocks and to this day it still has not filled in this is why i would like my money refunded for this fence. i think this fence will not last another five years and i have paid alot for this fence. if you have any questions please fill free to call me. my phone number is **********

We value all of our customers and try to meet all of their needs and exceed their expectations.
First they didnt want to put the gates where I wanted. - ELITE FENCE STARTS EVERY PROJECT WITH A ***** WALKTHROUGH TO VERIFY LOCATIONS OF THE FENCE AND GATES.Then they pulled their truck in my yard getting the truck stuck where it had to be towed out. - THIS IS CORRECT, WE DID PULL IN THE YARD TO OFF LOAD MATERIALS BUT ONLY AFTER BE GRANTED PERMISSION FROM THE HOMEOWER WHO WAS HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
i called ***** right away he said he would fix it and they put the fence up and brought out some dirty gravel and spread grass seeds. - WE PURCHASE ALL OF OUR SOIL THROUGH A LOCAL SUPPLIER. ONCE THEY CLIENT BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION THAT THEY DID NOT LIKE THE QUALITY OF THE ***** WE OFFERED TO BRING OUT NEW SOIL WHICH WE DID. I THINK THE CURRENT ISSUE IS THAT SOME OF THE NEW SOIL HAS SETTLED AND THEY WOULD LIKE ADDITIONAL SOIL INSTALLED, WHICH WE WOULD AGREE TO DO FOR THE CLIENT.
And basically calling us stupid for causing him to come down I had them leave do to how he was treating my wife. - NO ONE FROM ELITE FENCE CALLED ANYONE STUPID OR IMPLIED THAT THEY WERE STUPID. OUR GOAL IS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND TO DO SO, WE WILL SEND ANOTHER CREW, WITH FRESH SOIL AND THEY WILL BE PERFORMING THE WORK WITH A PROJECT MANAGER ON SITE.

THE STYLE OF FENCE THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED IS A VERY POPULAR SELLER FOR ELITE FENCE.
They had to come back out because the fence gates was bending and falling apart. THE GATES JUST NEEDED ADJUSTED AS THE WOOD WARPED SLIGHTLY. NOT UNCOMMON FOR WOOD GATES, WE FIXED THE ISSUE.
TO GET THIS RESOLVED, WE ARE HAPPY TO BRING OUT ADDITIONAL SOIL AND SEED AND INSTALL FOR THE CLIENT. WE ARE ALSO HAPPY TO ADJUST THE GATES AGAIN IF THAT IS NEEDED. WE WOULD REQUEST THE HOMEOWNER AND ELITE FENCE PROJECT MANAGER BE ONSITE DURING THE REPAIRS TO MAKE SURE THIS ALL GETS RESOLVED IN ONE VISIT.
