    I went to Firehouse Subs (2140 Polaris Pkwy, Columbus, OH 43240) location on November 5th, 2023 and ordered subs to go. My sub was covered on the bottom with mold. I had already been home and ate half of the sub when discovering this. I contact the corporate office and they put me in contact with store manager who advised me to return for two subs on the house and that they would "refund my original purchase". I was given the subs "on the house" but when they went to refund me they actually charged me the $26.58 again on this occasion. I have been continuing to e-mail to corporate office trying to seek resolution to this issue as I have now been charged $26.58 twice (on November 5th and on November 12th) for the moldy subs I received and have been to the store twice. I do admit they gave me subs on that second occasion but would not call them "on the house" as I was charged a second time when I was supposed to be reimbursed. For the past month I continue to receive e-mails that their local store would reach out to me but have not been reached back out to so am turning to BBB. Please note that this is for the Polaris location of Firehouse Subs in address listed in the beginning but BBB did not allow me to link to that specific store.
