I had permanent eyebrow makeup done about 6 years ago, but couldn’t remember the name so looked for a new location. I chose Browtiful Duaa because I like to support women-owned businesses and there were a few positive reviews. My appointment was on June 16, 2023 and cost $350. When Duaa completed the procedure, there was a major color difference between my black brows and brown "front" of my brows from her procedure. I told her the shape was perfect but commented on the color difference. She said that was due to the black from the prior procedure, but she darkened it with more brown. There was still a noticeable difference, but she said the brown would darken. We discussed a typical touch-up appointment to spot-treat any issues after a month. I followed all post-instruction care and after the top layer naturally fell off, the brown was still very noticeable. I texted her photos 9 days later, but she said to continue to wait. After a month, the color differences are still very noticeable. Touch-ups cost $150. While I certainly understand that spot touch-ups are typical due to different skin reactions, I feel that this a different case since the colors were so different from the beginning and I was hoping she would fix it. I still use eyebrow pencil every day which defeats the purpose of the procedure. Photos and text thread are attached. I would like assistance on a resolution with a refund of the $350 paid. Thank you for your attention.
