      Forward Air deserves a negative rating. They are dishonest and scammers. They charge additional, excessive delivery fees to the agreed upon shipping fees, after the delivery has been made and can't justify their actions. Don't do business with these crooks. They will quote an amount, then try to sneak another charge to your credit card.
