    My fiancé decided to try and surprise me with tickets to a local hockey game. Unfortunately the wrong date was chosen (no fault of Ganetime) but we spent the next 3 hours trying to cancel the order. The seller sent us the tickets which we could not accept and then gametime blatantly ignored their own 24 hour return period with a credit that we did not ask for. We were told at 1pm that tickets would not be able to be refunded if the seller did not accept us canceling the order. These people are crooks, the supervisors told us they made an exception to give us a credit for something instead of just cancelling the order. The tickets were purchased through affirm which hadn't even processed any payments yet. If anyone thinks about using gametime, run away.
