Contacted the merchant to let them know I was sick with Covid as well as two others that was apart of our 4 team group. I contacted them a-few times. Never got a response so I disputed the charges with my bank and let the merchant know as well. Was told I should receive an refund but the bank reversed the charges to the merchant and I contacted them again and no response again. I don’t even think this company is real.

Customer agreed to our clear no-refund policy when purchasing tickets to an event. They contacted us and asked for a refund. We explained the policy again but offered to make an exception to let her reschedule to a later event date since she was sick. After we said that the customer let us know they already filed a payment dispute with their card company. The money was taken our of our account by our payment processor.  So we told the customer we can't reschedule her ticket since filing a payment dispute voided the tickets. She was upset and kept emailing us even though we told her if she filed a dispute claiming the charge was fraudulent that the tickets are voided so there wasn't anything we could do.

After a few weeks she reached out blatantly lying saying she a credit on her account and needed to know how to use it. I quickly reminded her that she doesn't have a credit because she told us she made a payment dispute so she could get her money back.  She then proceeded to email us countless times angry and said that she had the payment dispute reversed and so she wanted a credit.  24 hours later we  responded to her email and told her that she can get tickets to a future event but that we don't have tickets to a future event on sale yet so there was nothing we could give her at this time. We told her that she will get contacted once tickets are on sale for the next events this September and October.

After this she filed this BBB complaint falsely claiming she couldn't get ahold of us and claiming the business isn't real even though we exchanged countless emails as recent as the same day she filed this complaint. The customer's screenshot's even show most of our responses. The no-refund policy is even written on the actual tickets in her original email confirmation.

I haven’t got back in touch with the company then stating I’m lying about me trying to reach out to them after showing proof that they haven’t responded. It’s not my fault I contracted Covid and would have been wrong to expose anyone I have paperwork showing my symptoms and I have proof that the money was sent back to the merchant. I’ve tried to work with them over and over since May, I refuse to be out of 200.00 dollars for something I was unable to attend or go to. It also stated on their policy if sick or have Covid symptoms then to stay home. This doesn’t seem like a legitimate company or business to conduct themselves in such a horrible manner.

This customer isn't asking for anything else so i'm not sure what we are supposed to do. Their complaint is simply that they didn't get a refund and claimed they weren't allowed to reschedule even though that was explicitly called out in our refund policy they agreed to. We are even breaking our policy to go above and beyond to reschedule them even after they falsely filed a payment dispute saying their card was stolen and they had no knowledge of the charge. We are responding to them on this complaint and they are still saying they can't get a hold of us.

We responded to their email the same day before they filed this complaint offering them to reschedule their ticket which is what they wanted.  They didn't respond to the email. We have shared that screenshot and mentioned it again in our initial reply here.  Then they responded continuing to say they aren't getting what they asked for and that we aren't responding to them.

This customer is not making an attempt to resolve anything.  No matter what we give them they just respond saying we aren't responding to them. They have been given what they asked for and they are just responding saying they aren't a legitimate business and not answering them.

This place is totally disrespectful at this point and lying on my character and behalf. I don’t understand why I couldn’t just receive tickets for a future event. This is why I believe the business is not credible because they are not willing to work with me, therefor refund my 204.72 back to my debit card. I don’t know of this place and after this wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and don’t feel comfortable attending anything they conduct due to them responding in false claims and accusations. I want my refund that shouldn’t be hard to understand.
