    We bought a ** walk behind trimmer and used it for 4 hours. When we went to use it again, it wouldn't start. We took it in for a warranty claim and was told that the repair was denied because the machine was allegedly used with no oil in the engine. We have a rigorous maintenance program here at the *********************** and it is tracked through a facilities and equipment maintenance program through big Army. Every piece of equipment is maintained and serviced over and above manufacturer recommendations. This machine was never operated outside of specified manufacturer recommendations. We want this company to honor their warranty and repair our equipment. We have emailed **** ******* and had no response for over 10 days now. The warranty claim number is PD-06-BS-******. I have reviewed other complaints regarding this engine with the same issue and this seems to be an ongoing problem that the company refuses to take accountability for.
