      Called Mr. H****** on 6/27 and 6/28 to do a small job. Left a message with both calls not being answered. Sent e-mail through the BBB website and still no reply. If Mr Hartley does not need the business, a return phone call would have been appreciated.

      James is the best. Such a nice guy and always provides great work. I highly recommend for any of your electrical needs. I've probably given less than a dozen reviews in my lifetime since I rarely feel compelled to do so, but James deserves it. He is an awesome person who truly takes the time to understand your needs and delivers with excellent quality of work. You can tell he really cares. Plus his pricing is so much more affordable than what you can find elsewhere. Thanks buddy, for all you do!

      Jim is very easy to work with- I called him about a burned out doorbell transformer (not an urgent situation), and he said that he could work me into the schedule in a couple of days. The next day he called to say that he was finishing another job in the neighborhood and asked if he could come over. I told him I needed to be somewhere in around 90 minutes. He arrived in 15 minutes and was finished with the job in about another 20 minutes. This is the third time I've had him come over to do minor work. Every time he came quickly, diagnosed the problem and solved it in good time. I'll definitely call on him again.

      In order to install central air-conditioning, I needed to upgrade my electric service to 100 Amp. After reading many reviews from several sites, I chose James Hartley. He proved to be very knowledgeable, professional, with good communication skills. He was on time and sent an alert call 15 min. before arriving. The installation looks neat and tidy. Nice cleanup afterward. He is a very pleasant person to do business with. If I have electrical problems in the future, who am I going to call ? James M. Hartley L.L.C.

      On March 3,2023 I discovered water flowing though my basement breaker box.James was reommended by a neighbor.I called him he came to my house at 5pm on very rainy Friday evening. He discovered where water was coming in from the outside electrical meter. He stood outside in the pouring rain and sealed outside meter He tried to reset breaker but it wouldn't reset.He said he needed to replace.We made an appointement for him to come back on Saturday morninto install new breakers.He called before he came arrived on time and a great job fixing the problem. James is very professional,polite and very personal. He is very knowledgeable, Price of the job was very reasonable. I will use him again if any electrical problems come up. I already recommended him to friends and neighbors.
