I was happy with the technician Jack who visited my house and was in and out in about 12 minutes! Yes, 12 minutes total! Jack was kind and respectful. He did a great job and cleaned up all the lint that he unclogged and blew out. I am more concerned with the price! SO EXPENSIVE! $328.50 to unclog a dryer vent that only took 12 minutes! That is why I attached my bill to be transparent. As a single dad, I don't have time to call multiple companies and get competing quotes. Or time to rent the necessary equipment or buy the equipment at a hardware store. My dryer would not work. The 4-inch dryer pipe was completely clogged! Would I use them again, NO. Would I recommend them, NO. Would I call a plumber to use similar tools to unclog my dryer pipe for half the price, YES!!!! All you need is a spin brush attached to a drill and a leaf blower. I am happy the my dryer works now. Just shocked that it cost $328.50 (the $49 inspection fee is also added in and on top of the service price). Some companies waive the "inspection fee" if you agree to the service and have them complete the work in the same day. They share to have Dryer Vent Wizard come out every 2 years to service. No way!

Sorry that you feel this way. We give a price up front before we do any work. If you were unhappy with the estimate but you wanted the work done anyway. Our service fee is less than most companies. Many charge $79 or even more to come out for an inspection and estimate. Our service fee includes an inspection of the line, check the air flow at the exit of the house, the transition behind the dryer and venting itself if it is visible. But I appreciate your feedback.
