    Pet owner beware of this place. Total lack of professionalism, reliability, or to even care when they make mistakes in the care of your pet! The very first trip took a German Shephard dog to this place for a bath, they mixed up the clipboards and shaved the entire dog?! Tried to think this was truly an honest mistake and tried to use their services a couple of other times. Each time they made careless, negligent mistakes in the pet's care. The final trip; tried to discuss the situation with the manager, I was talked over, and down to, then was told I to was be blamed for the issue I wanted to discuss because I didn't ask ahead of time about how they would treat my pet before leaving it in their care? Furthermore, they informed me that if gave them a negative review, then they would flag my file and we would be banned from ever coming back? So, much for customer retention and satisfaction! I calmly told them they didn't have to worry about me returning.
