      9-13-23 I contacted ***** * **** ********** *** ******* **** 9-25-23 I went over a proposal with them & hired them but didn't sign a contract. I gave them a deposit $3,500. 10-19-23 I gave them $5,000 as they had started the job. I wanted to make longer by 2ft foundation had to be adjusted & they said it would be another $4,000 for that. I refused to pay that $4,000. I only paid them $2,000 for that which seemed more reasonable. They took the check & cashed it. 10-31-23 they were ready to put cement & wanted another $7,000. I paid & they cashed my check. They charged me another dumpster for $600. They have at this point $18,100 of my money. 10-31 They poured cement. Forms bowed out & it mounded up. They fired project mgr, Manny. They insisted they could use the foundation, They finally sent me a contract to sign but it was altered from org. . I felt I had to sign something so I had something to go back on. The Owner ,Rob E**** came out & messed around in it. He wanted another $3,000 & to buy a garage kit $ 8,700 approx. I did not pay for it until it passed inspection. I wanted to buy a kit at ********. the inspector told me it looked bad, terrible.& would not pass an inspection. 11-22. Pink refused to report a new foundation nothing was wrong with it. On 11-30 he withdrew from my job on me & pulled out of the contract. Rob fired the Subcontractor: Mike. Nothing will not be refunded. I am subtracting the garage demolition cause they did do that leaving a balance owed to me of $12,500 as a refund.
