- According to the company's website as of 8/31/2011, their Return Policy states:Returns can be accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (see below). Returns submitted after thirty days will be refunded in the form of Gift Certificates. All sales become final after 60 days. Please review our Return Policy carefully:Please indicate the reason for your return on your product packing slip. Returns should be mailed to: Trading Phrases ATTN: Returns, 200 Oak St, Columbus, OH 43235.The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned products including the shipping costs of an exchange item. Please note that Trading Phrases cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD). We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. Trading Phrases is not responsible for lost or stolen returns. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price (excluding shipping charges and any special handling fees). Refunds will be credited only on the customer's original credit card. PayPal customers will receive a credit to their account. Customers who have paid by personal check will receive a check from Trading Phrases. Vinyl lettering that becomes damaged during the shipping process by the carrier will be replaced by Trading Phrases at no charge to the customer. If part of your order is missing or incorrect (missing letters, wrong color, incorrect design, etc.) please notify us. We will gladly correct the error at no charge if notified within 6 months from the purchase date. Each item is custom cut for a customer and cannot be restocked or resold. We reserve the right to withhold refunds in the case of a customer ordering various sizes, colors, or designs in order to determine which one to keep.
