I have been in healthcare for 18 years and this was by far the BEST cpr class I have taken. Our instructor was animated, fun and full of energy. She explained everything so well. They insured that we understood everything and gave wonderful examples. I recommend Rapid Response Team LLC to anyone!

I’m not going to lie, there was confusion about registering for a class through Rapid Response. I reserved a seat online through the *** website, and the email contradicted itself. It states that ***** **** will reach out to you, and in tiny print at the bottom it says register through another website. I do think there needs to be a change made, so it is not as confusing. Regardless, things happen and I understand that. However, I don’t think that should, by any means allow an individual from Rapid Response Training to be rude and hateful. She came out into the hallway and asks, “can I help you?” I explained that I was there for a skills check. Very abruptly I was told I was wrong, and it went downhill from there. She definitely had an attitude and treated me as if I was ignorant. I am a returning customer, not that it makes a difference, but I certainly won’t return. The way you interact with clients, speak to them and conduct yourself says a lot. It seems to be a general consensus from what I have read online they treat people horribly.

Kendall, sorry to hear about your complications when trying to get your recertifications. The American Heart Association website is not controlled by us. If you found issues in regards to registering through them, we have no control over that. As far as showing up for a "skills session" with our company. You should have been directed to our website in the Thank You email from the AHA. On our website, you would have found the Calendar where you sign up and pay to reserve a spot for your recertification needs. The "pre-pay" for any of our classes is mandatory in order to have enough Instructors to cover the needs of our students. Sorry if you did not understand the mandatory pre-pay for class as well as if there was any misunderstanding if you where there for a skills session or not. We appreciate your previous business and if in the future we could be of assistance, hopefully the communication between both parties will go smoother.
