    I've had an outstanding experience with Holistic Wellness Solutions. The counselors are incredibly professional, compassionate, and skilled. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and understood. My counselor took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with me to develop effective strategies to manage my stress and anxiety. The environment is warm and inviting, making it easy to open up and share. I also appreciate the flexibility in scheduling appointments, which accommodates my busy lifestyle. Over the past few months, I've seen significant improvements in my mental well-being and overall outlook on life. I highly recommend Holistic Wellness Solutions to anyone seeking support and guidance. They genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.     I was a long time client and after just a couple of missed appointments, with no warning, no second chance, advised me that they will no longer be prescribing me medication. So please beware, this caught me completely off guard and I had several mental health medications that now I'm struggling to find someone to fill. If you aren't good at making every single appointment , I would not recommend this place because once you do something that messes with the owners money, you become less of a person and more of a money symbol.

    ****** (front desk) is the gatekeeper to all medical professionals and operates outside of AMA code of ethics. Disclosed emotional distress due to medications received by office, was hung up on and then ultimately denied further care by the practice without enough notice to find help. I asked to speak with the business owner (before I was terminated) and was told it would be about a month before I hear from her and that she would agree with her on all counts. I wasn’t given that chance, instead just an email from ****** saying my case with them has been terminated immediately. Mental health is not their goal, being right is. And they will violate whichever code of ethics they promised to uphold to preserve their righteousness. Very sad state of affairs for the mental health profession.

    I was told about Holistic Wellness Solutions through my best friend. My very first counselor and I didn't exactly click. However, I was matched with ***** and I couldn't believe how wonderful she was. Not only that, she is so easy to schedule with. My time always feels so respected and I can't say what a relief that has been. Furthermore, I am receiving my medications through ********* at holistic and she is incredible at what she does. My depression has never been better managed. Thank you so much *****, ********* and Holistic Wellness Solutions!!!
