    I received an empty box with no contact lenses in them. I attempted to email the company 7 days ago and still have not received a response from them. I would either like the contact lenses sent to me that I paid for or a reimbursement of what I paid for them which was $135.74. My Order # **********.

    We are replacing this order, with order # **********, at no cost to the customer of course, with expedited shipping.  We also provided a discount to their original order # and refunded that to their payment method.

    We called the customer at around 4:35 pm eastern time yesterday afternoon letting them know this via a voicemail.

    Looks like the email the customer sent came from a different email address, **********************, then the email address associated with their account with us,  **********************, and because of that it was not associated with their account.

    I do apologize to DC Contacts for sending my email from another email account however I don't believe that my email should have been ignored because of that. Especially because I provided all of my information, order number, photos and a picture of the actual packing slip. However I do accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. I received a  very prompt resolution to this issue and could not be more satisfied.

    I ordered 2 boxes of contact lenses on 2/23/2023. I couldn’t get my prescription so I emailed Walmart Contacts to cancel my order. I received an email stating my order was cancelled. My card was charged $178. They claimed it was an authorization but I didn’t receive a refund or contacts that I ordered.

    I recently contacted *************** to get my baby glasses they seem to be ok at first but when I sent prescription they didn’t seem to do it correctly

    I want my full refund and this company i expressed through several emails that my kid eyes they sent out cheap pairs 2 times lens was falling out band wasn’t the best quality

    my baby have 99.9 her eyes wonder as well the whole point of getting glasses from these people was to help her because she outgrew her old glasses from Another place she had no issues with but when I went to this company in I express how mad my kid eyes was they made it seem as if they could Make Her glasses correct she wears mariflex

    I emailed Them Today they claim they sent another label I sent old glasses back

    new glasses was worse and I express this they just continue to ignore my huge concern her eyes isn’t doing well

    all I want is refund so It can go towards her new glasses at the same place that did them correctly this place seems very janky they don’t seem to Wanna help the situation they kept sending the same cheaper lens out in frames that didn’t fit her face and after I did my research it all made since they don’t know what there doing

    they played with my baby prescription as if her eyes isn’t severely bad if they couldn’t do the lens and the frames right I truly Wish they would have turned us down

    I’m loss for words my baby eyes isn’t doing well

    I have pictures because they lied about the Prescription,frame quality they seem to only worry about why I sent 8 messages her prescription if you look at her original they did hers incorrectly that’s not what her prescription says

    please do what’s right she cannot use these glasses we don’t want or need them
