      Company keeps giving me the run around and not calling me back about fence installation. I paid up front. I shouldn’t have to beg for my fence to be installed. I could understand if I didn’t pay. I paid promptly back in April . Still no installation. Everyone around me has the fence. Why am I different. I had a dog murdered. I have a small child and there are creepers around. This is a new subdivision. Honestly, this makes the company look bad.

      The project had to be delayed due to an unforeseen issue. The issue at hand was the house was built on a slab that protrudes 8-12" away from the house. This did not allow us to install the fence without a special mounting bracket that had to be ordered. We are deeply sorry to hear about the troubles the customer has gone through, however, we have done everything we possibly could to get this installed as quickly as possible. Additionally, our other operations manager, James spoke to the customer on or around 7-31 about her new schedule date (today) and ensured her we would get her taken care.
