  Samczuk was professional and very helpful from the beginning of our stamped concrete patio. Although the weather wasn’t cooperating in February, the job turned out fantastic. They continued contact with daily and the crew was friendly craftsman. I will use them again at my home for future projects. My wife loves her new patio.

  Samczuk completed the patio yesterday after weeks of "we will start it next week". They wrecked the grass in most of the backyard, even what was not near the area by parking and leaving equipment there. They had concrete splattered on my door, siding and fencing. Asked them to clean up after themselves and they came out today to do it. Then I get texts while I'm at work telling me he's done and to go look at it. I'm at work till 5, told him would do so after. Next it's threats to put me in collection if not paid by Friday, telling me I should have let him call my boyfriend (dude, its 2022, it's my house) and hours of texts back and forth complaining and getting heck. He offered to rip the patio out so I could start over. Because I haven't paid within 2 hours of them finishing cleanup and haven't gotten a chance to look at it. If it would get me my $$ back and not be likely to cause more destruction I'd take him up on it. This is the worst experience I've had with a contractor. Communication has been poor throughout. Buyer beware.

  This is not a true and accurate review. We tried to make you happy and you are not. Damage to yard is expected during construction. We put grass seed down and instructed you to water it. You was in know way demanded to leave work to inspect the job. Year we did state after Friday we will start collection process. We have also communicated with you throughout the year after scheduling. You signed the contract without obtaining hoa approval so it had to be scheduled once you receive that which took months. We take customers on first come basis.
