    I work for a small business. I was under the impression Veeam Backup(supposedly for small business) included cloud storage space specifically 9TB worth. It was apparent within several hours of purchase that it did not include cloud storage space. I notified Veeam immediately(same day within several hours) requesting a refund. They continue to stall with regards to response/resolution. License: Veeam Data Platform — Essentials Edition Product version: 12 Capacity: 9 TB

    Thank you for reaching out about the complaint from Michael ***** with Scotsman Guide.  It is our goal to provide excellent customer service to our customers. Please inform Mr. ***** that he made this purchase through Cleverbridge and therefore he would need to reach out to Cleverbridge to receive his refund he is requesting of $1,532.88 for the software license purchase.  Veeam Software worked with Cleverbridge directly on this order, so the credits were fully applied to the original order on 4.26.24 - the original invoices were cancelled out with the credit memos - credit memos SWISS-1500 and SWISS-1501 were issued on 5.7.24.  Please update your records regarding this complaint.

    I gave this company my contact information in exchange for a free t-shirt they are supposed to send me. I have waited months for the t-shirt to arrive and it never did. I do receive numerous marketing emails from them a week. I messaged them on Facebook about the t-shirt and they asked me my address and then never got back to me. I tried to email them a couple times and they never got back to me. At this point they‘ve falsely advertised to me (and from the comments online, other people too). I get so many marketing emails from them but I have no received my promises T-shirt.

    We apologize for any misunderstandings. In order to qualify for a t-shirt, the consumer must have provided a work email, which she did not do. 

    If she would like to provide her work email, as well as her size, we would be happy to put her in the que to receive the t-shirt.
