      I have contacted Tex collect numerous times over the last 2 years. I have called them waited on hold for too long-been disconnected and when I have waited. I spoke with the business that established the original debt, I was told that the matter of dispute would be dealt with and it was not. I have spoke to *** and they have stated they would put in my file that this was the situation and it still hasn't been resolved. I have been dealt with rudely as well at times from different agents regarding. Still this bill is on my credit. Tried calling today again disconnected after prompting the department que. I'm extremely frustrated this debt is proven fraudulent to the establishment with documentation to prove it. Why is this still on my credit why can't I get a hold of anybody why is it so hard to deal with these type of issues. Extremely bad business ethic to continue to report a fraudulent claim with no execution of settlement of a situation regarded and discussed and dealt with numerous times!!
