      I made a reservation to do a coffee "cupping" in October 2023 via their online store. I paid $15 for the cupping and added a $3 gratuity for a total of $18. The cupping was canceled due to a power outage, and I was refunded the $15 and not the additional $3 gratuity. I inquired about getting the refund for the gratuity, and I was told the Toast POS system did not refund gratuities. I was told I would receive a digital gift card and I never received it. If they have documentation of the digital gift card being sent to my email address in October/November 2023 I would like to see it. I just want the $3 refund.

      This issue still is unresolved.  Per my email exchange with *******************************, I am interested in stopping by the business on 6/3 for my refund.  Once that has been done I am open to updating my case as resolved.
