      Ptula is the only brand I have been purchasing sportswear from since 2019. The quality is always exceptional! They are constantly working on making their products even better. ***** is so involved in every step of the way. Customer service has always been kind, respectful, and addressed any issues I had in the past. The influencers that promote the brand are also very helpful and respond to your messages in timely manner. Thank you, P'tula! I am so blessed to be your customer! P.S. please never discontinue **** line. ??

      **************** is the worse! I ordered several items received them on July 3 failed to check that all of the sizes were correct finally on July 5 I pull out one of the shirts that I want to wear and realize its in a large package envelope but its a medium. I immediately contact customer support on July 5 and still today have not received a response and it is July 9. Reached out to the owner personally on her Instagram and her response was (In a condescending response) you said you emailed me, you didnt email me, I dont have an email from you .. my response, you own the company so yes I did email you, youre the owner of the company when I told her the issue she said on Monday we will get you a return label so that you can return the shirt, and if we have the size we will ship it out to you or provide you a credit to use on another item.Good customer support would say we will ship you out the correct size immediately with the return label to avoid any more delay in making your order right. I will never ever buy another product from this company and I have at least 20 pairs of their tights and probably about 10 to 15 of their shirts and hoodies so you lost a customer for life.

      Hi ****** we are sorry you feel this wasn't a great experience this time around purchasing from us. We see in our documentation that you requested a return on Wednesday the 6th, but those requests aren't direct emails to our support team and aren't responded to as such. We appreciate you following up on Friday via email and our customer service was able to touch base with you on Saturday (during off hours) to send you a prepaid shipping label to easily send back the incorrect product. As that item was sold out on our website in the size you had ordered, we needed to verify we had inventory to provide you the correct size and, if we didn't, would offer you a refund - not a credit. We understand the packaging of the product was our error and we always do our best to fix those errors in a very timely manner. We stand behind our amazing customer service and always strive to make our customers' experience that absolute best. We are, again, sorry you didn't have this experience with us this time around and found our response time not as speedy as you were hoping for. We are sorry to see you go but thank you for your support of our brand in the past. Take care.
