    I ordered two heated tubing for my Bi Pap machine. They emailed me and stated: Hello, due to the large order, there was an error in the background system and a ring was sent to you by mistake. We apologize for this. For this order, we will refund or resend the package. If you insist on refunding, we will provide the return address and refund you when we receive the returned package. Or, we will prepare your order again and notify you when the order number takes effect. Please think it over. Sorry again for the unpleasant shopping experience. It was so difficult getting a hold of anyone. You go through Amexlo, emails are returned undeliverable and you call them and it goes into Google Voice. I left several messages no return calls. I finally emailed: xz2022@*********.com and received correspondence back with no solutions. In USPS it states a package is on the way dated: 9/24/22. I go into https://shop.amexlo.com and it states, not shipped. I don't know if it's Amexlo or ********* . Amexlo I see my order and ********* emails me. I made a dispute with the credit card company. Anyone who ordered received a fake ring instead of the merchandise. See attachment. The invoice amount did not match the charge card. Date of experience: September 22, 2022
