  For the last two weeks, CG cleaners was brought on to help our existing cleaning team and partner up to handle short term rental cleaning. They agreed to help manage their team, check their work, and follow the owners. CG cleaners were awful. The owner never checked on her team, they left the spaces very dirty, tried to price gauge for deep cleans that weren’t scheduled, and were not receptive to feedback. When we had to send secondary cleaners to fix their mistakes, they still expected full pay despite hours of additional work needed. They would brag about how fast they could get spaces turned over but never would listen when we said the cleanliness was suffering due to speed. Their cleaners chain smoked in their vehicles with our clean linens and left weed at properties. We lost several clients due to these issues in services. When we decided to fire GC cleaners, they started publicly slandering us all over the internet with defamatory statements and texted us threatening us

  This client is delusional. She reached out to us for help. We went to clean for her, and we notified her that all her properties needed a deep clean. They were all full of trash cobwebs and she told us to just go in and pretty much clean it halfway and to get out of the unit that that’s what her policywas she messaged us praising us complementing us telling us how good we jobs we did then she comes up with new bipolar and crazy things. She didn’t wanna pay my girls the full payment that they were owed which was $1005. She sent over $650 and a big list of how she took money from the get-go. The laundry was disgusting and smelled of pig and four dogs hair all over the The guest and the owners of properties were really upset with my girls, and I told the owners we are just filling cleaners please contact the person you hired. We never seen these properties. She never messaged my girls and said they made a mistake. She never messaged my girls and told them to go back to a property. There was six different group chats created. It was so unorganized laundry wasn’t ready. They were bringing towels here taking sheets here. Nothing was clean. There were stains on stuff. There was mixed sheets, owners ***** the property manager is complaining because the sheets wasn’t even their sheets that they purchased going into units that had, deep clean and she didn’t want us to do it because she had already been charging a certain amount she had multiple people messaging my Facebook and Instagram account so many I lost track of she had multiple reviews left on my Google page in my Facebook page to where I turned off my reviews. She’s crazy and bipolar and she called me. I didn’t call her. I was never hired on. There was no contract. I will not be paying the $2000. I will dispute it. I have all my text messages and all my proof where she loved my girls and told my girls that she would even love for them to come clean her house sorry but this is defamation of character and trying to ruin my reputation because I am a family owned business here in Columbus, Ohio
